Q. What is Group Training?
A. Health Matters Fitness - Group Training (Multiple Client Training) includes partners, small groups, seasonal and sport specific formats.
Group Training provides more than just a series of "blanket" workout sessions - our well developed instructional and monitoring technique bridges the gap between one-on-one training and group exercise.
We believe that physical fitness is never a "one-size-fits-all" program - even in a group setting, we continue to assess and monitor each individual's progress in order meet his or her pre-set goals and provide education about strength training, cardio and basic nutrition.
Q. What are the benefits of Group Training?
A. Group Training is a great way to get the experience of a Personal Trainer at a fraction of the cost of one-on-one training. It has been well documented that those who exercise in a group setting sustain greater motivation to continue training than those who workout alone!
