What is fit ball? A. Fit Ball is a total body strength training workout focusing on correct techniques, posture and core stability. Q. How long is a fit ball class? A. Fit Ball classes are about 55 minutes. This includes a warm up (5 - 10 minutes), Fit Ball workout (40 minutes) and finishes with a top to bottom cool down / stretch (10 minutes). Q. Are the classes geared towards different fitness levels? How often are the classes per week? A. The program is compatible for all levels of fitness (Beginner, Intermediate & Advanced). Fit Ball classes are currently being offered only on Monday evenings.
